Client Content: You retain ownership of your uploaded or generated content not created by us.
No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as-is” and without warranty.
DS Growth Solutions does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs.
We disclaim liability for errors, omissions, or AI-generated content misuses.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
9. Termination
Users may cancel accounts at any time.
DS Growth Solutions may terminate or suspend accounts at any time for violations or other valid reasons.
Upon termination, your access ends, but obligations regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive.
